Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic documentation sent to support@lumepeptides.com. Lumé Method memberships ($247/month) are billed monthly on the date of original enrollment. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@lumepeptides.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Lumé Concierge memberships ($1,997/month) require 30 days written notice to support@lumepeptides.com to cancel. Concierge slots are capped and availability is not guaranteed upon re-enrollment after cancellation.

One-time product purchases are not subject to recurring billing. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us immediately at support@lumepeptides.com.

Charges from Lumé Peptides will appear on your card statement as LUME LONGEVITY LLC. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at support@lumepeptides.com before initiating a dispute with your card issuer. We maintain complete transaction, shipment, and delivery records and will work to resolve any billing concern promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Lumé Peptides may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of future ordering privileges. By purchasing from this site, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing discrepancy before escalating to your financial institution.

By purchasing from Lumé Peptides, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumé Longevity LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from: (a) your use or misuse of any product purchased from this site; (b) your violation of any of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim related to your purchase or use of our products.

These terms and all disputes arising from or relating to any purchase from Lumé Peptides are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute not resolved through direct contact with Lumé Peptides shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Lee County, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against Lumé Longevity LLC.
