Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns of research chemicals for refund or exchange. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our supply chain and protect all parties involved.

However, we stand behind every product we ship. If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right. See the sections below for specific circumstances.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, with broken vials, or with a product that clearly does not match its label or COA documentation, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@lumepeptides.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the claim and, where verified, issue a replacement at no charge.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos of what you received. We will ship the correct item at our expense as soon as possible.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors and any building management. If the package is still not located, contact us at support@lumepeptides.com within 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout that are subsequently lost or stolen.

We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@lumepeptides.com. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests must come within one hour of order placement on business days.

In rare circumstances outside the above categories, we may offer store credit at our discretion. These decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Store credit does not expire and applies to future purchases of any product on the site.
