Orders placed before 2:00pm EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 2 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not currently available. No card transactions are allowed for international shipping. We respect federal, state, and city laws; our shipping restrictions are detailed in the footer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all applicable laws in their state or jurisdiction permit purchase and possession of research compounds before ordering.
All orders are packaged in discreet, unmarked shipping boxes. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit periods and do not require cold-chain shipping. All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day, keeping transit time short even during warmer months.
Once delivered, store all compounds according to the specifications included with your order. Lyophilized peptides should be stored at −20°C for long-term storage.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees apply.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@lumepeptides.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and issue a replacement or credit where appropriate.
